The following information will help you find out about all aspects of your Villa Cabopino Holiday.
Airport transfers
Taxis are always available from Malaga Airport, located at the front of the arrivals lounge, they cost approx €70 – €90 per trip. If you would like us to organise your transfer, (approx €50 dependant on arrival time and numbers) please let us know your flight arrival/departure time at time of booking.
Welcome Pack
We can offer you a choice of welcome packs, ranging from €25.00, which will include basic essentials such as Tea Bags, Milk, Sugar, Bread and Cheese/Ham, Water, Wine, etc. If you require any specific foodstuffs or dietary supplements please do not hesitate to contact us.
Assistance during your stay
You have chosen a private Villa for your holiday and we intend to respect your privacy. However, should you require assistance in any way, we are close at hand. Various days out and lifts to local attractions can be arranged. We can also offer a *Packed Lunch & *Full English Breakfast Option, (*24 hrs notice required). Children’s safety
As we know, children are naturally curious, especially when on holiday where there are lots of areas and things to be explored. Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during your holiday and take extra care on the balcony and swimming pool area. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
The Kitchen
The Kitchen has a Gas Cooker, Microwave and Grill with a Fridge & Freezer we also supply basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is an iron and ironing board also available. Please note, cleaning products or materials are not generally provided.
Disabled travellers
Our accommodation in not equipped to cater for the needs of disabled guests and may cause problems for wheelchair users. It is therefore most important that we are informed of any special needs when enquiring about a booking.
Swimming pool
The Swimming pool does not have heating, however, due to the amount of sun our garden receives, it is warm enough to swim in during most periods of the year. Please note: No glasses or Bottles are allowed within the vicinity of the pool area.
Highchairs/cots
We have a Highchair and a Cot for your use, free of charge, but you will need to supply your own linen and bedding.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Villa. This follows the change in Spanish Law. Smoking is permitted within the confines of the Bar Area and in all outside spaces.
Air conditioning/heating
Our accommodation is equipped with a Coin-Meter for air-conditioning, a charge of €1.00 per hour will be payable for this facility. Please note that our property is not equipped with any form of indoor heating facilities. However, if you require any further information regarding this matter please do not hesitate to contact us.
Lost Property
Please ensure all personal possessions are packed when departing the Villa, (particularly within the safe). Whilst we will endeavour to assist when items are left, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the return of any items which have been left unattended. Postage, packaging and handling fees will be applied for the return of lost property.
Holiday Insurance
Please ensure you have adequate Holiday Travel Insurance for all of your party, you have chosen a Private Villa and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries caused whilst you are in the Villa or surrounding grounds.
Towels & Linen Service
There is a weekly towel and linen change. Please note that beach/pool towels are not supplied and these should be taken with you. We kindly ask all guests not to use the towels supplied at the property for the beach or around the pool.
Occupying/vacating your property
Our accommodation can be occupied from 4pm onwards. In order that the property is adequately prepared for new arrivals, we must ask you to vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure. We will allow guests to leave any luggage on site until they need to make their way to the airport, in order to avoid unnecessary hours either waiting to enter your property or after leaving.
Pools, garden and general maintenance
Our Villa needs to be maintained by the staff who have access. Gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis and it is simply not possible for this to be carried out on ‘change-over’ days. With regard to pool maintenance, pools are normally checked and cleaned twice a week and this is normally carried out very early in the morning to avoid disruption to our clients.
However, neither pool nor garden personnel have fixed hours, so it is not possible for us to advise you of the exact date or time of their visit. We ask for your cooperation when our staff visit, as it is imperative to keep the properties well maintained for our clients’ enjoyment throughout the year. It is also important that you understand that the owners live above your rental property. If you require further information please contact us.
Safety deposit boxes
A Safe is provided for your valuables, whilst there is very little crime reported in the area, it is highly recommended that all valuable items are secured within the safe.
Satellite TV/ Video/ DVD/ Games Consoles
We also provide satellite television, so you can expect to receive at least one free to air English language channel. Subscription channels are also available. The villa is equipped with a DVD, video and games consoles, you will need to provide your own DVD’s / games.
Telephones
Telephones are not provided in our property. Therefore we recommend that, if possible, clients take mobile phones in case of an emergency.
Travel Documentation
On making a reservation with us, a confirmation invoice will be sent out within twenty eight days. Accommodation information and directions, will be sent following full payment being received.
The Villa
We endeavour to give an accurate description of our property with interior and exterior photographs. Please note that it is not always possible for the furnishings within the lounge/dining area to accommodate all occupants at any one time. Please be aware, the safety standards and regulations overseas may not be of the same level that we enjoy in the UK.
Villa Services
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included within the properties rental cost. Unfortunately it is the case that we occasionally suffer from water or electricity shortages and supplies can be cut off without notice for varying periods of time. We ask for your patience and co-operation in such instances, as you will appreciate these situations are out of our control.
Website/Flyer
We make every effort to ensure that the information and photography contained on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we may alter or temporarily withdraw some of the advertised facilities or services without prior notice. Unfortunately errors can occur and prices may alter, however we will always endeavour to advise you of any changes at the earliest opportunity. The distances to amenities and pool measurements we have provided are approximate whilst floor plans are displayed as a guide and are not to scale.
